There is Trust Software that can be used to create your own trusts.
Trusts are relationships in which a person or entity (the Trustee) has legal control over certain property (the trust property or trust corpus), but is bound by fiduciary duty to exercise that legal control for the benefit of someone else (the beneficiary), according to the terms of the Trust and the law.
In a Trust the legal ownership that the trustee has is split from the equitable or beneficial title that the beneficiary has.
The Trustee holds only the bare legal title to the property. If the legal and beneficial ownership merges the Trust is considered nonexistent. This can happen when the trustee becomes the sole beneficiary.
